In beginning, Gold APP Instruments noted that Tyson Food wanted to test bread true density under atmospheric conditions, so, our engineer bought some breads from Beijing local supermarket and tested them directly. The Tyson Food was very happy with the report after viewed it. But they said also wanted the second time test with pretreatment in order to remove breads moisture, thus, our engineer heated breads under 60 Celsius with 4 hours, and continued the second time repeated test as Tyson Food requests.
